Ben is a media man by trade having learnt his craft on giants such as Ford, Tesco, NatWest and Audi. Career milestones include launching the Ford Focus and turning the RAC orange, as well as winning awards for his work in London & New York.
Ben's experience in the travel and tourism sector spans over 20 years and encompasses UK holiday operators, overseas operators, tourist attractions, destination marketing and everything in between. He is a member of the Institute of Travel & Tourism and has spoken at industry events, sharing his knowledge and passion for the sector. He is a results driven, consumer centric planner and consistently develops creative ways to ensure campaigns are seen by consumers.
As a hugely experienced, award winning designer, with many years of travel and tourism industry experience, Steve's knowledge and constant creativity has seen great successes for our clients. His role is to make sure that everything creatively that leaves our agency is something that we can be proud of.
Prior to Bluesoup he has had the pleasure of having worked on many famous brands including Wrigley's, BP, Bausch and Lomb, Olbas, Edinburgh Woollen Mill and Shloer. From brand development to packaging, to TV commercials and advertising campaigns, Steve thrives on a challenge.
Her fierce passion for finding return on investment in the digital sphere for our clients is what drives her development of watertight digital strategies. Her role here is defined by not only supporting the Team hitting their KPIs, but supporting our clients in hitting their business objectives too. With a degree in Finance, Business & Economics, her work is underpinned by data & rational, proven theory.
She has earnt her expertise in PPC across lead generation & ecommerce with 8 years in industry. Past accolades include being Shortlisted for Best Large UK PPC Agency by the UK Search Awards in 2022 whilst at the helm of Bristol's largest growing PPC Team, as well as winning Best Local PPC Campaign in that same year.
Charli joined Bluesoup after completing her degree in Business and Marketing. As she has grown in experience, she has gone on to run the agency's largest accounts and now leads the Account Management team thanks to her wealth of experience in the travel and tourism sector.
Career highlights include managing the Eden Project media account for over 5 years, helping evolve the Lochs & Glens media strategy and driving efficiencies on TV for Exodus Travels. Charli marries offline and online marketing seamlessly and has an enviable ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Hannah brings several years of SEO, content creation and digital marketing experience to her role. Before joining Bluesoup, she was an SEO manager for one of the UK’s leading holiday letting agencies, and has a wealth of experience in the travel sector.
Although specialising in content early in her career, today she’s a real jack of all trades when it comes to SEO, getting involved in everything from local SEO to user experience.
Sarah boasts over 20 years account management experience in the travel and tourism sector. Clients value her experience and insights and see her as a valuable member of their extended team.
Sarah is well versed in a range of media including press, out of home, radio, TV & digital. She works hard with our digital and creative teams to manage a range of projects from innovative DM, through to brochures and of course new website builds.
Martin has worked at the sharp end of the tourism industry for over 11 years. Before joining the agency he was Deputy Manager of a hotel Leisure Club, so understands the sector from the coal face better than any of us having worked directly with end users.
Having transitioned to agency life Martin has developed and embraced the world of digital marketing. He has an enviable attention to detail and his insights and approach have yielded efficiencies for clients across the board.
Rob is an award winning designer who’s career spans more than 20 years. He has helped many well known brands tell compelling stories and connect with their audiences, including house hold names such as BP, Intel, Grants Whiskey, The Royal Mint and Wrigley. Whether he’s designing branding, advertising, websites or brochures, Rob takes pride in coming up with simple ideas and crafting beautiful designs. Key milestones include: branding Woodworm Cricket bats (famously endorsed by Freddie Flintoff), art directing a TV advert with the iconic Honey Monster and designing award winning promotional packaging for Grant’s Whiskey.
Debs manages the finances at Bluesoup. Whether that's invoicing clients and making sure we get paid on time, or making sure we pay our own suppliers on time, it's all under her careful and organised watch. Deb's joined Bluesoup shortly after it launched and has been instrumental in helping it grow thanks to the knowledge that finances are in hand and under control.
Rebecca is a dedicated individual with a background in writing and sustainability. Armed with a degree in English Language and Creative Writing, she has fine-tuned her linguistic skills to perfection. Her journey into the corporate world included a significant role as Corporate Sustainability Writer within the United Nations: Support the Goals team, where she made substantial writing contributions to their environmental cause during her studies.
Since then, Rebecca's expertise extends beyond conventional writing. With a solid foundation in content creation and a passion for SEO, she ensures that her content captivates readers and excels in search engine rankings. Liam's journey through the professional landscape has been as dynamic as it has been diverse. Beginning his career as a client-facing graphic designer, Liam quickly showcased his talent and ambition. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to navigate through various industries, from luxury car manufacturers like Aston Martin, Jaguar, and Land Rover, where he honed his skills in visual storytelling and brand identity, to humanitarian organizations like the International Committee of the Red Cross, where he lent his creativity to meaningful causes.
Throughout his professional endeavours, Liam has embraced every opportunity to push his creative boundaries and leave a lasting impact. His aspirational journey has now led him to Bluesoup, where he continues to shine and embrace all aspects of design including, branding, animation and advertising.
With a long history of working in both London and regional creative agencies covering Bristol, Cardiff, Devon and others Jonnie is well known in the South West marketing and creative communication community and leads our client service team.
He has wide experience across advertising, brand & design, media, digital and events and has held previous roles in client servicing, business development, strategy and planning and as a Managing Director/ CEO. Sectors include destination marketing, pet care, property, media, UK GOV plus others and across both B2C and B2B. He has also previously been a Board Director at Bristol Creative Industries and The Chartered Institute of Marketing (South West). He leverages all this experience to ensure we deliver for our clients.
Jo has worked within the marketing sector for over 20 years and has had the pleasure of working closely with many impressive brands, such as Glenfiddich, Sailor Jerry, Photobox and Grant’s Whisky. She brings with her a wealth of experience from a wide range of industries including publishing, events, fashion, charity, FMCG, travel and tourism, eCommerce and more.
As a predominantly digitally led marketeer, Jo paved her way into agency life by running her own creative agency in the South West for a number of years before joining the Bluesoup team. She loves nothing more than to help people succeed, which is what will make her a great addition to your extended team.
